Don't go chasing waterfalls! By TLC

I have said from the beginning that financials mean a lot to me. That is what attracted me to the Republican party; was watching Ronald Reagan run America like a BOSS. My father always instilled in me the need to stay true to your word by paying your debts, showing stability by living within your means, and always have situational awareness to unexpected life bombs by ensuring you have at least three months’ worth of bills in a savings account. I was a single mother (zero help from sperm donor) and the biggest trouble I had was when an ex- boyfriend ran up $10,000 on an emergency credit card I had hidden. I did not find out until he moved and he was unable to intercept the mail. I could not contest the charges because it was past the time limit and the SAO said it was a he said she said. This put me in a little bind and I had some late JEA payments (everyone knows this lol). Through it all, I never gave up and I paid that credit card off (Note: after a few burnt black candles he got his comeuppance). I am proud to say I have maintained a 776 excellent credit score rating for some time.

So, when the Sheriff’s debate was coming up, I decided to delve into each candidate’s financial history by accessing federal, state, and local public records. I also reached out to Mr. Justice and channel 4, by sending him this email of questions I felt were pertinent. Mr. Justice did not think these questions were important or maybe there just wasn't time for T. K. to fully answer since it was only an hour long. Thankfully, Dean Black finds financials important (Note: Yo, Dean did you even vet your candidate or just assume as a Republican he was fiscally conservative #assumeassoutofyouandme).

When I ran Lakesha Burton (nee Anderson) I did find some things on a Lakesha Anderson, but after delving into them, I realized it was not her. I did see the tax bill, but when I saw the next year was paid up, it did not bother me because she stayed true to her word and paid her bill. What I found out later, was it was her escrow account that paid the bill late not her. (Note: free advice GET OUT OF ESCROW, your mortgage company uses that money to collect interest all year then waits to the last minute to pay, thus increasing the amount you pay and increasing your mortgage payment. You can literally lower your mortgage payment by half if you get out of escrow and save the money yourself every month.) I am showing the letter Jerry Holland sent reference this matter.

My next dive was into the other Democrat candidates and I did not find anything in their histories.

My next dive was into the finances of T. K. Waters. This is what I found with pictures as proof.

1. This first picture Avco financial services (Note: I know this is him because it is listed on the bankruptcy paperwork of the creditors that he owed when he filed bankruptcy and left them hanging. Also this is from Clay County)

2. Next is his first foreclosure that was started by the bank with his first wife whom he divorced (Note: it appears in the divorce his ex-wife was excused from all debts owed).

3. This next picture is where his wages at the Sheriff’s Office were garnished (line #14) because of a debt he owed Credit Corporation. (Note: the garnishment was stopped because he chose to file bankruptcy on 7/1998).

4. General Finance is another creditor that is listed on his bankruptcy. If you look in the bottom Left you will see I blacked out most of his Social Security number, but left the last four to show it matches the bankruptcy.

5. Case 001723 is also listed on the bankruptcy as G E Capitol c/o Andrew Fleisher Esq., the lawyer who is listed on the bankruptcy form.

6. Next the bankruptcy and all the companies who he did not pay back. You can match names of these owed creditors to pictures I have furnished. You can match the last four of the social to the above listed snip shot.

7. Foreclosure #2 in 2012 was started and filed by the mortgage company. He was able to quick sale his home and pay that debt off so the full foreclosure did not take place (Note: Congratulations for finally sticking to your word by actually paying what you promised). Again this is Clay County

The other T. K. Waters I found appears to be his parents so that is really not an issue.

Now I know everyone is going to make excuses, but that is what they are excuses. I do not care that he got divorced and saddled with debt. I got hoodwinked by an asshole, but as a single mother still paid ALL my debts, because that is what you are supposed to do. He was a married man and the breadwinner so nobody should be racking up debt without you knowing about it. All those loans or credit cards were done with your full knowledge and nobody did anything sneaky like what happened to me.

Even if you want to try to say we should not hold something from 10 years ago and 20 years ago over his head then let’s put this into perspective. You are holding Lakesha Burton’s actions against her and they were done by an 18- year- old VICTIM who was lashing out. T.K. Waters was a 30 -year- old divorced man with a good job at the Sheriff’s Office. So quit getting it twisted and let us all accept that he cannot manage his checkbook so handing him $540 million tax paying dollars is probably a mistake. His second foreclosure was in 2012 when he was remarried and promoted. Both parties had good city jobs and still something went wrong. This shows a pattern of NOT being a good steward of your money. If you cannot manage your own money, I damn sure do not want you managing mine. (Note: prove me wrong).
